In May 2018, we formed Semi di Solidarietà, a social-agricultural cooperative with two other agriculture companies in Cremolino. Our sizeable biodynamic garden is a production area. The protagonists, also members of Semi di Solidarietà, are refugees who arrived in Italy in boats, on the waves of hope and dreams and who now live in Cremolino. We are creating a strong tie through agriculture between these young men and the community. Our objective is to grow and market fresh produce to deliver to homes in our area and also in Genoa, Milan, and Turin.
