Our labels

The vine and roots inscribed in a circle and square on each label are reminiscent of Da Vinci’s most famous illustration - the Vitruvian Man. Vitruvius was an architect in the first century before Christ whose ideas of symmetry and proportion were brought back to life during the Renaissance period. These ideas fascinated Da Vinci. Vitruvius believed the human being was in perfect symmetry and Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous illustration reflects this balance in two superimposed positions.

We love the illustration and believe it describes what we do. We work with nature allowing our vines to grow in perfect harmony, and our wine labels illustrate this harmonious equilibrium.
