Healthy Breakfasts
Guests say that our breakfasts are a highlight of their stay. Start with a fresh cup of our Casa Wallace blend of fair-trade coffee or our selection of teas. And then move on to the main fare. Enjoy your breakfast inside our new kitchen, or outside in our Italian courtyard. We offer gluten and lactose–free dishes, and prepare healthy food for any allergy, intolerance or special diet – vegetarian, vegan and Paleo.
Organic, Local and Homemade
All items are organic, local, or fresh from our biodynamic garden. Imagine the aroma of freshly baked cranberry muffins or a frittata made with homegrown onions filling the courtyard. We offer a large selection of sweet and savory items, jams, honey cheese, homemade yogurt and granola and bread, fresh fruit, juices, and milk. We have no problem with offering, gluten or lactose–free dishes, and can prepare healthy offerings for any food allergy, or restricted diet.
Try something new
We are also into serving some really healthy stuff. In addition to your usual breakfast, you'll have an opportunity to try something new. We make our infusions with ginger and turmeric. We offer golden milk made with turmeric and a variety of plant-based dairy alternatives, and we always have Chia seeds and often Gogi berries. There are several plant-based types of milk to satisfy anyone who might want to try something new.

Even on vacation, sometimes you might not feel like going out to a restaurant. A beautiful gourmet kitchen is waiting for you, and it has everything you need to cook a healthy meal for your family.

Our vines extend for ten hectares on our hills. We work in harmony with nature using biodynamic methods to produce our wine, made with nature and passion, entirely natural.
